1:27.7

And I know that seems like a crazy thought,

1:33.3

but actually light is biological information that's telling all of ourselves and the mitochondria within our cells how much energy to produce and how to function. And it turns on and off a certain

1:38.6

genetic expression. So if we're not getting the proper amounts of light, we're going to turn on

1:43.1

more inflammatory gene pathways. When we get the right amounts of light, we're going to turn on more inflammatory gene pathways.

1:45.0

When we get the right forms of light, the right ratios, including red light and near infrared,

1:50.0

then we are going to turn on gene pathways that reduce inflammation, turn on healthy

1:55.0

mitochondrial energy production and good genetic expression.

1:58.0

So this is a powerful, powerful interview.
