We are changing it up from our usual Q&As. And we are inviting more guests on the show. And we have a good one today. I think this one's going to be very informative, very digestible, and very effective. And so we have our good friend,

Dr. Abby Kramer, on here today. And we are going to be breaking down red and infrared light and all

the light therapy. That's the buzzword like the new gluten is and stuff like that.

And so we're going to just talk about that.

We're going to have a good conversation.

A lot of people have known that I have said the future of all medicine is light therapy

and laser therapy.

And I still stand by that.

I think Lauren is along the same lines as that as well.

And so we thought this would be a good conversation for people to be like, all right, we see every day I think Lauren is along the same lines as that as well.

we see every dang influencer pushing all these dang lights.

We don't know what's what, who's who, what is going on.

I'm still trying to make my sourdough bread.

And we're going to talk that today.

So hopefully this clears some stuff up and makes a little more sense when you hear Lauren

and I talking about red light and why we use it with us, our patients, our families, and

just everybody.
