So I am so excited for this episode today.

I wanted to do an episode kind of going more into depth on some of the things that I

briefly talked about in one of my most recent YouTube videos, which was my toxic relationship experience. And I know I

talked about it a little bit last week. But I've been wanting to make an episode talking about

red flags. Now, red flags can be things that, you know, mostly we think of that as something

that appears in a relationship, a romantic relationship. but I think red flags can also pop up for

really any person or any relationship in your life, whether it's romantic or a friendship or,

you know, just really anything like that. And I think a lot of times red flags can kind of

coincide with boundaries and beginning to set your boundaries or just looking out for yourself, I think.

So today we're going to talk about red flags and relationships and how to spot them.

And also how we react to red flags is really important.

So I want to talk about some of my personal experiences with choosing to either ignore or listen to red flags and how

those situations have played out in my life. I also asked you guys for your stories and experiences

and opinions in regards to red flags and how you've dealt with them or ignored them or

whatever happened. Actually can be hard to identify red flags sometimes, especially if somebody's good at

manipulation or even just if you're blinded by feelings and wanting someone to be something

they're not or more than they are able to be, all these sorts of things.

So we're going to get into that today able to be, all these sorts of things. So we're
