Attorney Mark Tinsley represents the family of Mallory Beach who was killed in a boat crash in which the alleged driver was Paul Murdaugh. The Beach family is involved in an outage lawsuit with Parker's Convenience Store. Tinsley is asking that the Judge in the step down from the case. We discuss that with Seton's father and attorney Matt Siembieda. Matt Siembieda is an attorney and law professor at Temple Law School.
