He's on a well-deserved vacation. Adam Finkelstein is joining me here for what's going to be a

July live period recap, you know, kind of what you need to know about this, the status of some of the

best players in the 2027 recruiting class, what they just did.

There's one player in particular who we're going to get two off the top here in just a second. But for those who are kind of just parachuting in, we're in the thick of the off season. We've got our summer shootarounds coming. Oh, by the way, get ready for that. We're going to take care of you all throughout the back end of July and all into August. Those are coming soon enough. but this is for the, okay, I'm on social media.

I see, you know, my favorite writers tweeting about this player or that player. I see these highlights, you know, peel through my feed on Instagram or TikTok or whatever. What do I need to know about who these guys are? This is the episode for you. We're going to try and get it all done in an hour. I think has been on the ground. He's back home. It's great to see you back home, buddy.

You finally returned, but he has been on his grind in the scene just about everyone that you need to see. Thanks for having back on the show. How you doing, bud? I'm great. And let me just say, I know this is not the first time I've expressed this sentiment, but I just appreciate a show where you can wear a hat because I have been on the road for a long time.

I desperately need a haircut. I've been trying to

like smooth my hair down all day long on like HQ and stuff. And so to just be able to throw the

hat on for this show is really a true privilege. Yeah, you and me both. We're going the backward hat.

Look, I'm rocking my my cubbies there. I'm actually getting a haircut and in less than two hours from now, so well overdue for both of us here. A barber that's open on a Monday? That's fascinating. Yeah, yeah, no, that's, that's a good call by you, but yes, open on a Monday, get it done. And local barber all the same. So very happy and blessed for that to be

the case there. Let's dive into this. So up until about 72 hours ago, my thought was that we

were just going to kind of recap the month overall and just kind of take it from there and see what

storylines played out, what people needed to know. That can't be the case anymore because there is a player who, to be clear, going into the month of July,

you know, Fink and our esteemed crew at 24-7 sports, had this player in the top 10 of the rankings.

But Caden Daughtry, who plays for the Florida Rebels, won a PCHM championship over the weekend.

PCHM, obviously, being the Nike prestigious event.

He has just pulled off and think, give all the context you want, but from my eyes over here,

having covered the sport nationally for, you know, 16, 17, 18 years at this point,

one of the most notable, notable July runs I can ever

recall, he has been

absurd. I got to see him in Vegas
