June 1st is when we are taping this, which is also the start once again of the live period for college sports recruiting to a college football

to deal a lot with here.

It has been shut down since COVID.

Coaches can fly around the country,

players can take visits, they can come a campus, all sorts of the normal stuff that happens

according to the normal calendar of each sports recruiting, which is very complicated and seems someone unnecessary but whatever

Recruiting's back baby and we love it except Pete throws out this little bucket of cold water on the whole thing

reality. No, this is actually quite fascinating.

As you recall, last year, due to COVID being such a disruptor,

the NCA got sensitive and felt that they should grant every college

athlete a fifth year of eligibility or an extra year of eligibility due to losing a season or having their season greatly altered.

Now, there was a lot of push for that,
