bless up everybody. I don't know. I am a Heine's and today in hindsight. Oh, I am feeling

feeling good today. I am feeling recovered. I feel like I've done a lot of work on the heart lately.

And I can feel some of us have almost as if we've gone through surgery, heart surgery, you know,

not on a physical level, but on an emotional and spiritual level. You know, we've been working

on our heart. And if we haven't been intentionally consciously working on our heart, life has been

working on our heart. But when we work on the heart, when we find healing, when we patch up our wounds,

heal our wounds, you know, surgery requires recovery, all surgeries require recovery. Even the

emotional and spiritual surgeries we go through when we work on ourselves, when we go deep within

ourselves in the dress, those deep, deep wounds, it requires recovery. It takes time to apply the

knowledge, it takes time to apply this new healing into our life. It takes time for the healing to

rest and create new skin, new energy, new strength. You know, I believe God brings us into times of

uncertainty to work on our heart, to purge the greed out of our heart, to purge the selfishness

out of our heart, to purge the jealousy, the hate, to purge the pain that's out of our heart, the regret

that's out of our heart. And when we go into these times of uncertainty, it's almost as if everything

around us is falling, it's almost as if we are no longer in the world. We are in the recovery room.

We are in the surgical room. We are making room in our heart. You know, the reason why we do

self-work, the reason why we address ourselves as these spiritual beings is because we know

there is so much within us. We know that our heart is beautiful. But yes, we have just gone through

so much pain and so many things that have really, you know, maybe jaded us, has brought us a lot of

pain, has brought us a lot of depression. And at the same time, while we need to first go into

surgery and then second, recover, third after that, we need to embrace that recovery. We need to apply

this new heart, this new energy. Lately, I feel you may have been worried about what's next,
