It is Saturday, July 26th. And this week, England, Spain, and Australian who survived a shark attack and steak bacon, all made for a hell of a recovery for us this

week. And welcome to this Saturday morning run, your recovery run. Yes,

Roams, we did a little better this week at trying to find ways to recover and not work so much,

work so hard, but it was still a struggle at times. I love the idea of the recovery run because

it's not just about, hey, I napped more or I slept better. This is actually about active recovery.

So you are doing something, but you're doing something that helps your body and your mind,

maybe more importantly, recover from the stress of the week.

And so we've been trying to be intentional about finding little recovery runs throughout the week that help the week actually feel better,

more fulfilling, and just gives you an opportunity to be your best when you do have to put it

all in, when you have to do that fast, hard run that we call life each and every day.

What do we do for it? Was the movie or soccer for it? When do we see the movie? You know what? It's so funny. All the days blend into one another. But we did manage to see a movie we have been trying to see now for a while. We might have done it on Sunday at the beginning of the week. Oh, we started the week with that. We started the week on Sunday, so Sunday to Sunday.
