And in case you're trying to keep track of my wonky counting here, last Tuesday's show was

the theme here for the month of september is saturn we're like touching on different

themes within the themes themes that saturn represents the last time last Tuesday Tuesday's show was about time. And then the

exclusive episode I did just from my Patreon friends was called Time Travel for Your Soul. Today I'm

going to be talking about fear, which Saturn also has a lot to do with. But the time travel for your soul episode, I shared a

really cool magic trick there for both traveling back into the past to heal old traumas and

painful memories and then into the future to create the kick-ass life of your dreams, which is

what I'm always talking about.

And of course, in that episode there is my usual rambling, but there is also, I think, a solid 20 minutes of instruction that I fully stand behind.
