0:32.5	moving its way through the Senate around Supreme Court ethics, which is a hot topic.
0:37.6	You've written about many times. What's in this piece of legislation?
0:42.4	So there's a bill now moving through the Senate that I believe there will be a vote for on
0:47.8	Thursday, which I think is when this episode will be coming out. It's sponsored by Senator
0:53.6	Sheldon White House, the Democrat from Rhode
0:56.2	Island. And the crux of the bill is that, you know, they want to try and create some more
1:01.7	transparency and accountability within the Supreme Court, which for a lot of reasons, I think,
1:07.3	is a good thing. The kind of controversy around it is how they plan to do that.
1:13.5	So the big stuff in the bill is that it is asking the Supreme Court, giving it 180 days, basically,
1:20.7	to adopt and publish a code of conduct. In this code of conduct, there's going to be a mechanism
