0:00.0	Hey everybody, Rob Mauer here and today we've got a couple of reports out of China to talk
0:11.2	about.
0:12.2	We've got September sales and then we have some updates on Tesla's legal actions there
0:15.4	to kind of fight back against some of the bad press they've received.
0:18.3	And we've got some news on the Tesla semi-slash mega-charger updates from India crash test
0:23.8	video from Tesla updates from CATL LG GM all the abbreviations there elucid and a couple
0:29.9	other items as well.
0:31.7	Nice day for Tesla stock today finishing up 1 and 3-quarters percent to $805.72 finally
0:37.7	breaking through what seemed to be a pretty tough $800 stock price barrier this is the
0:42.4	first time since February 12th the Tesla is closed above $800 a share so it marks a
0:47.3	seven month high.
0:48.8	Nasdaq on the other hand was slightly down on the day 0.14% so year to date Tesla now
0:53.9	trails the Nasdaq by just 3.5 percentage points.
0:57.2	Alright so first up today we finally got the China passenger car association reports
1:01.3	for the month of September and it turns out that Tesla has in fact ended up with retail
1:06.2	sales so domestic sales in China for the month of September of just above 52,000 vehicles.
1:12.7	The split there was about 33,000 Model Y and about 19,000 Model 3 and then it looks like
1:17.9	Tesla did end up exporting a small amount in September that was about 3,800 vehicles
1:22.3	probably early in the month so total retail sales plus export China reports this as
1:27.0	wholesale sales was 56,000 for the month of September.
1:31.0	So we had heard rumors that this number was going to come in somewhere around this level
1:34.4	that was from Tesla Shanghai on Twitter remember I've been kind of keeping track of the
