Those who have dealt with physical, sexual or emotional abuse are even more disconnected from our bodies. To explain how this happened, we need to learn the true history of women. It’s easy to believe women have been starting from the ground up, slowly claiming more and more power with voting rights and equal pay. But the truth is, Women had power. They were revered as mysterious, intuitive, powerful beings that could calm storms, predict future events and bring forth life through their bodies. But as political structures were formed, this unknown, mysterious power that women had became a threat and history was rewritten by those with physical strength. So many women are living in their masculine side, whether to keep up with the standards of a corporate environment, or we were physically or sexually abused, or we’re convinced our feminine nature is weak. And so many men don’t realize the balance of their feminine energy is critical to connect with intuition and empathy and to balance their power throughout their body. So today we’re going to learn about balancing our masculine and feminine energies, from the loins up. Our guest in Lani Nalu, a coach to female entrepreneurs.
