Hey guys, it's Candice and Kayla and we are directionally challenged.

Yep, we totally thought we'd have it all figured out by the time we were in our 30s.

But surprise, we don't.

No, we don't.

But we're here.

It's 2021, you know, it doesn't feel that much different from 2020 at this point.

But we are here and I'm really excited to have this special catch up episode with you, Kayla.

So I'm, you know, so much has happened since we last spoke for our listeners.

I'm sure you guys all remember we banged a bunch of episodes before this because Candice was pregnant

and, you know, we had holidays happening.

We had a ton of stuff going on.

I think one of the things that we've learned from speaking to so many doulas and people

who have given birth and mamas and all these fun people is that what's really important

after you have a newborn is sharing your birth story.

And that's something I was able to do.

I know Claire Holt came on and she was able to do some of that.

And Candice, I think you have a really fascinating, interesting one.
