We're back, baby.

Three weeks off, back in Hampstead for the 6K run, busted it out.

Man, nothing easy about that thing.

Good to be back in England.

I was off in New York City the last couple weekends, so didn't get a chance to bust this out,

although I did some running in New York, which was good.

And look, I'm super excited that the day is finally here. London Reels fifth documentary feature film, Reconnect,

kicks off with me having three ayahuasca ceremonies, which is a psychedelic plant medicine that some say

And I drank it with Shepibo shamans,

which are from the Peruvian jungles.

And it really changed my life.
