0:42.3	So, you know, this weekend, I think one of the big items that we're going to want to jump to right off the bat was happened way back on Monday night.
0:53.3	Monday night kind of maybe surprisingly,
0:55.8	maybe not. The Senate parliamentarian ruled that Democrats could have a third budget reconciliation
1:02.4	bill in a single year. Now, this is kind of really big news because generally speaking,
1:08.8	we've thought you've only been all to have two. So how do we get from
1:10.9	two to three? Well, the idea is that you can pass a revised budget resolution, and the revised
1:17.7	budget resolution can contain budget reconciliation instructions. In other words, it's another
1:22.3	device to pass something via reconciliation. Now, policymakers have enacted 21 budget reconciliation bills
1:29.6	since 1980. The first year, they employed the process, excuse me. Congress approved four
1:36.5	other measures, but the president has vetoed them in the past. Now, the White House is
1:41.9	undoubtedly hoping that this is going to be a vehicle for the American
1:46.5	Jobs Plan, which is President Biden's infrastructure proposal. And so I thought we probably
1:51.5	need to talk a little bit about that as well, because this is a $2.65 trillion plan concentrated
