We are in London, England.

We are doing this. I had to come all the way here to get you on my podcast. I'm actually here for a few days and doing some different podcasts with people here.

And also one of my pivot episodes, but I really wanted to talk to you. You're the one person I really want to talk to.

Where should we start? I don't quite know where to start. I mean, why don't we talk about your background? Let's talk about how you got to where you got and why you started writing about Facebook.

And then we'll get into Cambridge Analytica and where it's going in your TED talk, which was this worldwide sensation, I think.

Good stuff we've been talking about in Silicon Valley a long time, but it really set off a lot of talking.

And I want to talk about your time here, because as I understand it, people are trying to say your conspiracy theory is, and as it turns out, your conspiracies are through.

So you're not theorists in many ways. But let's start with that. We talk about how you got to where you got and why you started writing about tech.

So I actually started writing about tech a long time ago. I always, you know, I, you know, a year ago, I used to say, well, I was just a feature writer and I stumbled across this story.
