What does it mean to undiate? I'll take this opportunity to share my story because the journey of me

being here today is from a lived experience. As I said during our conversation at the beginning,

I have a PhD in dieting. If there is such a thing, I would

own it. My first diet was at the age of 12 and my last diet was at the age of 39. So for that period

of time, I controlled food through calories, through macros, through meal plan, all the variation

of it. I did it. And it was about being enough, being

feeling enough, because my body wasn't good enough. When you are at the age of 12 and you're

being told that you need to go to Weight Watcher, that leaves a mark on you, a mark that your
