I wish I could share some of the stories, but, you know, I can't.

But you can just imagine.

We've lost employees to suicide.

We've lost, we've had employees that have had children, sisters, brothers, drug overdose, multiple.

The communities of America have been abandoned and people are looking for hope and they turn

to substance abuse, drugs and alcohol.
