1:23.2	race-based policing. And they lay it out specifically in these three ways. Using force,
1:29.1	search, arrest, and more on people of color, namely black individuals, much more frequently than
1:34.0	white individuals, using quote unquote covert social media to surveil black people and organizations,
1:40.5	and quote consistent use of racist, misogynistic, and disrespectful language.
