You know, I can't help it. I love my birthdays. My favorite holiday. I'm a double-leo

for heaven's sake. You know, it's all about us. No, but I am excited. I'm taking a

spontaneous trip to the ocean again and just gifting myself some sea time. So there

won't be an episode next week, but for this week, I wanted to record a special episode

with questions that, oh my gosh, my heart and soul felt so connected to, because I've

been there, and I feel like a lot of people who continue a journey of deep self and soul

exploration. They tend to run into these, what feels like roadblocks, or they might

feel like heavy moments, sometimes they might feel like they're devolving, sometimes

they might just feel messy or confused, or, you know, it feels like a rock bottom, but

in reality, when you can see the light in these moments, you'll find that there's actually

a lot of strength, resilience, courage, empowerment, and divine wisdom to meet their blessings

and disguise. These specific trenches that I feel like most every human on a deep, self

and soul exploration experience in this messy human life that, for whatever reason,

our soul feels like walking through. So I hope that, you know, these questions resonate
