We are talking Michigan versus Rutgers. The Wolverines moved to four and O on the season.

What an O in Big Ten play with a 31 to 7 win over the Scarlet Knights.

Steve, what have I been telling you all season on these podcasts?

The classic Jim Harbaugh blowout win is 30 something to less than 10.

This is actually the fourth game this season out of four opportunities where that has been the definition of the score.

So we'll talk about some of our takeaways from the game and also from the weekend

and college football in general.

And Steve, I don't know about you.

My first biggest takeaway, the one I led my takeaways piece off with over at the

Michigan Insider.com, Michigan.247 Sports.com is, is this looked very

vintage 2022. You know, the first couple games this season, thinking about the bowling green game,

you know, there were definitely glimpses, but the first two games were very pass heavy.

And then the third game was a little bit more run game, but still not exactly how Michigan

typically likes to play a lot. We're up 14, six, at halftime, but then they had like a bunch of

turnovers. This game felt much more up Michigan's wheelhouse. Jim Harbaugh back on the sideline

certainly helps that narrative,

but Michigan just dominated time of possession. I mean, they started the second half with an eight-minute drive that resulted in a field goal. In the final 45 minutes of the game,

they had the ball for, what, 31, 32 minutes. So the first quarter, yeah, there was,

there was that, a couple speed bumps. Rutgers had a couple sustained drives. They had the

69-yard touchdown pass on the first drive to, they kind of quieted the crowd. But, but really,
