I had originally planned on having this episode do The Valley Episode 3 and Potomac

Reunion Part 1.

Things changed.

Things changed because the Valley popped off in a way that I did not expect.

The Valley is giving, and I will say it might be worth watching. I find myself engaged. I'm laughing. I'm

yelling. It has a little bit of something for everyone. And the key recipe for me is

authenticity, as we know. You love to see somebody who's likable in an authentic way and somebody

who is loathable in an authentic way. And I think we have that in spades on either direction.

The people who are awful are not awful in a way that's like malicious or

vindictive or plotting. They just, they just can't help themselves by being the awfulness that they are.

And there's something pure about that. I started to watch this when it aired on Tuesday night and

it took it out of me. After 20 minutes, I felt like

I'd been watching for three hours. That's how much content. It's getting my hand hurt the whole nine.

It really was kind of amazing. So I had to get through it in three separate sections. I've got like

12 pages of notes in front of me. Let's get into it. This episode starts. You know what? It is a reflection of the chaos of the cast, the chaos of the direction of the show. It starts with a song. It's like,

until the daylight, we can do it all night. And that's the song, overlay, over B-roll of a farmer's market. A song saying,

Dance Until the Daylight, we can do it all night over carrots and turn up some radishes, green

beans fresh from the garden. And then we see Jacks and Brittany and Britney's mother and cruises in a stroller.

They're rolling up on the farmer's market. And they're debriefing each other on the previous

night's excitements from boys' night. And then from her girls' night, Britney's mother comes in
