I'm Gigi's Wednesday, December 10th, day eight in the Brian Walsh trial.

Yesterday, the state hinted that they may finish up with their evidence today,

and I suspect they will rest.

So far, we've had one witness on the stand that is Jim Moutlu.

He was the man that spent New Year's Eve

with Brian and Anna. Now this morning before the jury came in, they had him on the stand going

through some questions to see what they were going to allow in and what they would not. But let's

just jump into his testimony in front of the jury because it's all pretty repetitive

from what he had testified to previously. He met Brian at a leadership program back in 2020.

It was the length of a semester. There was a buddy system and Brian asked to be his partner.

They stayed in touch after that program ended. He met Anna through Brian. She came to one of

the graduations, and he knew about her interest in real estate, and they also had a mutual friend.

Anna ended up working for Jim. He hired her in the summer of 2020 as a director of operations

for his team, and they became close friends. She left his company in the spring of 2020 as a director of operations for his team, and they became close friends.

was offered a stellar job in D.C. and asked for his blessing. After she left the company,
