Brendan Bamfield, still on the stand at the moment. He is under cross-exam, but what I'm going to do here is go through direct exam.

I have a lot going on today.

We are supposed to get a big snowstorm over the weekend,

so I have to go shopping for a couple of other people and myself before chaos ensues here tomorrow.

You guys don't understand.

An inch of snow causes panic here and

some models are saying like a foot or more. So this could be one for the books. I'm hoping to get

out the recap of cross-exam later this evening, but let's jump in. Before Brendan took the stand again,

the Commonwealth did say that someone they had on their witness list,

Patrick Smith will be called at rebuttal due to testimony from Brendan yesterday.

So that's very interesting.

Once Brendan was back on the stand, he said Juliana's limitations were that she could work 45 hours a week and could stay up to a year based on her contract.

She had already extended her visa for a second year in October of 2023, but he said he had nothing to do with her applying for that.

It was Christine who handled all of the fees and all the communications associated with

Juliana's opair work. Moving back to the day of the murders, we pick up when he got back from

McDonald's. He saw Valerie and Juliana were parked in the cul-de-sac just outside of his driveway.

he knew Joe had went in through the front door and he said it sounded like he just walked in there
