Hey, it's Shelly Gigglio and we are here on the Grove Podcast

and I am so thrilled today to have a few friends with me.

I thought it would just be amazing if we sat for a minute

and just talked about Christmas and I know for all of us it's one of our favorite seasons of the year.

Well maybe not for everybody we can talk about some of that too but

for most people Christmas is a highlight but then when we get right up to the season it

feels like oftentimes we panic either we're unprepared we realize that our schedules are too intense we realize that our

schedules are too intense we realize that our kids actually think it's about

Santa Claus there are just a lot of causes of stress around the holidays.

And so I thought rather than just let it pass by

that we would just have a conversation today.

So I've invited a few of my friends.

I'm going to let them actually introduce themselves and tell you who they are.
