we are discussing the passing far too early of Rush Limbaugh. My Gallagher, are you with us?

Yep, I am. It's a sad day. We talk about rebuilding the right and the right lost a giant today.

The country lost a giant. When you know somebody that you love and admire is fighting cancer

and it's bleak at stage four, you try to prepare yourself for it. But even when it happens,

it's still devastating. Millions and millions of people all over the world grieve.

And it's such a joy, Seb, to share a little bit of insight about what he was like since I got

to work down the hall from him for a few years in the late 90s when I was the morning host.

A W ABC in New York. People have read about Rush being a quiet shy, complete polar opposite

of his on-air persona. All that's true. He was a real gentle kind, almost socially awkward person.

He was. I told the story in the first hour. I'd been in touch with him via email because he did a

little blurb for my first book and I never met him until a White House Christmas party two years ago.
