| 1:18.8 | it struck down the vampire rule, which as your listeners may recall is the idea that all private |
| 1:24.1 | property is off limits unless the owner posts the sign inviting them in. They did strike down that, so it wasn't all bad, but they basically upheld everything else, |
| 1:32.5 | you know, bars, playgrounds, restaurants that serve alcohol, parks, all that sort of stuff, |

| 1:39.4 | So the Third Circuit now, which has become a sort of anti-night circuit, has now granted |

| 1:48.4 | They're going to be hearing it again on February 11th, and we expect they will reverse |
| 1:53.0 | at least a lot of the panels rolling, if not all of it. |
