Welcome to the mom room. I hope everybody is having a lovely day. The trees and the flowers are a bloomin. Okay. There was so much rain in April, but you know what they say? April showers, bring the flowers. And that is so true because our neighborhood is just bursting at the seams with flowers, everybody's grass is green, the trees are starting to bloom.

It's always a little bit depressing in the fall slash winter when the trees lose all their leaves and they're just these like stick figures coming out of the ground.

I like to look out my window. We have lots of trees around the house and when we bought the house,

it was summer. And when you looked out the window, it was just green. It was so beautiful. And I

can't believe it's coming back. I cannot wait. It's like I'm in a fairy tale. I walk through the

neighborhood and I'm just like la la la. There's like squirrels and there's bunnies hopping around.

It's, it's so magical. Did I tell you guys that I signed up for those Disney 5K runs? I need to get my

ass in gear. I was doing so well counting my steps,

and then I just fell off track. It's like there's too many things to keep track of. I need to

keep track of how much protein I'm eating, the healthy fats, the veggies, the supplements, my

steps, try and go to yoga when I can. And really, I should be training or

practicing jogging for these 5K runs, which I think I can start doing. There's three of them.

I signed up for the virtual Disney runs. And I think you start doing them in June. You can do them at any time. And then

Disney sends you a medal, but they only send it to an American address. So I gave them my aunt's

address. She lives in Nevada. So eventually at some point, I will get my Disney medals. And I'm
