We are reaching back into our archives to bring you a powerful conversation from four

decades ago. When Dr. James Dobson sat down with three men who were once angry, defiant, and lost,

but who each encountered Jesus Christ and went on to become pastors and ministry leaders, one grew up

with an abusive, alcoholic father and was literally holding a loaded gun waiting to kill his wife and

children when he heard the gospel on television and surrendered his life to Jesus Christ. Another came

from a broken home and endured the trauma of abuse, lost his brother in a car accident at the age of 15,

and literally then spiraled into heavy drug use. That was before God pulled

him back from the brink. And the third, well, he is the son of Billy Graham himself, who rebelled

not out of trauma, but simply because he wanted to live life on his own terms. The men in question

are Franklin Graham, Raul Reese, and Mike McIntosh.

Each took a different path into rebellion, but they all found the same way out.
