I'm Anthony Gagos shaped by coffee and a morning routine now that makes me get up early

So I'm more awake than normal and I'm joined by Arthur Gies. What is getting you up early? Work, work. When I wasn't in a

leadership position I could wake up at 10 and start my day and work kind of

disconnected from everyone. But now that I am in a leadership position and we're

worldwide I often have to take 8 a.m meetings like every day. So yes so I am I am a morning boy now. I woke up today at like 930 and was like wow what a treat

So that's actually a part of my job that got a little easier when I moved to the East Coast

Yeah, because you were more synced up with more people. I was synced up with the New York Times schedule,

which is an East Coast schedule.

So there was no more like 7 or 8 a.m. trainings and stuff like that.

Yep.

Yeah.

It's fine. I don't mind it. Plus today it's nice because it means we get to get started a bit earlier

Which is good because we're like still in the midst of our little heat wave here. So yeah today it's supposed to be like 90-something.
