We bought pre-made vegan tamales and I'm going to make us some potatoes and guacamole and stuff but that's going to be our Thanksgiving.

My wife wasn't I mean we've been eating a large vegetarian anyways but also like my wife wasn't feeling the idea of getting a bunch of mashed potatoes and biscuits and stuff so I was like that's fine.

I was like that's fine. Let's just do originally I was going to make tamales and then when we were at the store and I was looking at stuff to make tamales I saw these pre-made ones and I was like okay let's just let's not fuck around like I'm not I'm going to make tamales and it's going to take forever or we could just like enjoy Thanksgiving and I don't have to do a bunch of cooking.

Whereas I am a fool and I've committed to making lasagna.

That's a bit more labor intensive for sure.

Yeah.

Yeah. It's not as labor intensive as a fucking turkey.

So there's exactly with all the sides and juggling all that like yeah.

But it is labor intensive and I make the like I'm making two.

They're both vegetarian but one is a red normal lasagna and I have you're not you're not you're making afraid of lasagna.
