Summary

Episode 27 with Rebecca Del Pozo.

"I’ve always loved learning. I just didn’t love school."

Rebecca is a real estate agent who lives with her family in British Columbia and has learned to reframe her ADHD and use it to her advantage as a business owner (and she coaches others to do the same).

Rebecca has been an entrepreneur since 2003, when she founded her first business, a top-producing real estate team in the Pacific Northwest.

Today, Rebecca runs multiple ventures and revenue streams. Rebecca is a published author, speaker, coach and instructor, providing continuing education and professional development courses to real estate agents and business-owners.

(There are some crackling sound issues with Rebecca’s microphone in the beginning, so I want to apologize in advance for that and let you know that it goes away after the first few minutes. Please hang in there if you find it a bit frustrating to listen to in the beginning.)

If you’re an entrepreneur looking to grow your income streams, I think you’ll really benefit from Rebecca’s advice and wisdom in this interview.

Enjoy!

of letting go and creating a not-to-do list. Those are the things you least like, right? The things

1:14.6

you prefer not to do so you procrastinate and you put them off to the very end. Imagine life

1:20.1

that you wake up and it's already done for you, that either a virtual assistant was doing that

1:25.6

for you, you know, during the nighttime hours and you

1:29.3

wake up and it's done. I think that that's when you can, you can kind of see the largest patterns of

1:34.8

growth for people because those other things are draining you and are giving you reason to like

1:40.5

negative self-talk and oh, I suck at this and what and you and that frustration

1:45.8

element then impacts everything so if you can just stay out of that frustration because
