Most mystics I would say have had some kind of mystical experience and I do think that

in most cases our spiritual journey or awakening begins with some kind of consciousness shifting

mystical experience. Yeah, that definitely happened for me. I had a couple of really

unexplainable things happen from a young age that propelled me onto my calf. Yeah, like

it was definitely quite a journey to trust the cause within. They were there. I think

we're all intuitive. Constantly whispering to us. But acting on it is a whole number thing.

And so my work really now at its essence is helping people to trust the cause within

and then act on them because yeah, gosh, I've had amazing teachers who have taught me

that creative ideas and intuition is just pointless unless you act on it. You just get

so frustrated unless you do.
