The Eagles finished the regular season with the 14 and 3 record,

number one seed. Let's just take a moment to appreciate how fun this has been. It has been. And you know know there's so many little things you know like

you can complain about and concern about and worry about but they just won 14 games

uh... there the nFC east ch. They're the number one seed. It's really been a heck of a year.

It kind of, I don't know, it doesn't seem like people are, I guess when you have this kind of record the expectations are really high and and it's hard to enjoy the moment but I think people should it's been whatever happens from here on out

it's been a hell of a regular season.

Yeah, enjoy this run because they don't happen all that often, really.

Well, for this team, they seem to.

Fifth time they've been number one seen the last 21 years.

But even that's not like it's not an every year thing and you look ahead that you don't

know what the future holds especially with all these free agents and they're

have to pay the quarterback a ton of money and the coordinators are getting looks.

I just realized something.

Other teams, yeah.

This will be the 21st playoff run I've covered with the Eagles.

They were only in the playoffs eight times before I covered them.

So I've covered 21 out of 29 post-season trips.

Obviously there's more teams go to the playoffs since I started but still.

Yeah, it's still impressive and it's still impressive that the Eagles won 14 games in a 17 game season.

I mean even if they'd only won 13 they still have only done that a handful of time

True franchise histories. Yeah. Very impressive stuff so we're gonna go through some of the biggest

reasons for optimism going into the playoffs and we'll balance that out with some of my reasons for concern.
