Greg Kokel here, your host on Stand 2 Reason, and the last broadcast, which for me was just five minutes ago ended, I talked a lot about a lot of stuff.

We took one caller in a faithful Lane in Utah waited and waited and waited.

So I'm going to jump right in and bring Lane on board right now.

I have some more comments I'll offer later about some other things. But Lane, Lane, welcome to the show and thanks for your patience. Oh, no problem, Greg. Thank you. Appreciate you taking the call. Sure. Well, first of all, I've been a ministry partner for a couple years now. Wow. It's been really, really a joy. I really love being part of standard reason in a small way. So, thank you for that opportunity.

Yeah, well, thank you. You're part of our community, and we love that.

Well, and for the first time, my wife and my son and I are going to be able to attend a reality conference.

We'll see you in California then. Oh, good. So your first one will be the one coming up in April. Is that right?

Correct. Yeah. Yeah, did you guys sign up? That'll be April 24 and 25. Right. Yep.

You're all signed up. Got her tickets, got plane fare, all that sort of stuff. Oh, okay. Oh, you're in Utah, so you're making it doing like a road trip on the plane. That's great. You're going to have a fabulous time. I guarantee you. You will.

Well, we've been looking forward to it. Good. And by the way, I've been mentioning this the entire season as I'm promoting these events. This will be your last shot for Jay Warner Wallace, as far as we know, to be part

of our reality. He's done this for years and years for us, but he's got, you know, he's a grandfather

now, and he's involved with other things that he's doing with his wife. They're magnificent.

But anyway, I'm glad you're going to get a chance to see him on the stage.

Yeah, so are we really looking for it. It's a great, it's a great lineup. We're so excited.

So my question, my question then, Greg, is, given the headlines that we see today,

I guess I'm just interested in your perspective as a believer on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict

and whether a church should formulate an official position on Israel as part of their,

as part of their, you know, statement of belief.

Uh-huh.

Well, to me, it's kind of a judgment call, but I don't, I guess the concern is maybe something like churches shouldn't be involved in politics.

No, I think a lot of people have that impulse, and they think there's a law that requires, you know, that attitude.
