started moving and you have such a I remember when I was looking at your application for the course you have like a crazy history when it comes to movement practicing all over the world and now you're taking your

business forward with your movement practice can you tell us a little bit about

you and how you started moving yeah absolutely I would have to say I definitely started as a dancer. It took me a while, a couple of years because I grew up since I was three, taking ballet classes. It wasn't even a choice. choice you know my mom just put me in a

pink tutu and said go and then from then it turned into a real passion you know a

real outlet for me to express myself physically.

Along with that, I also competed in track and field and swimming.

So I was always very athletic and very into different kinds of movement.

This is all in Hong Kong. Yeah, and this was in Hong Kong. I traveled around. I was fortunate and privileged enough to travel around to go to different dance festivals, different sports festivals as a kid to to compete, to perform, and just to learn.

And I think from a young age I had this idea to always be expansive and always look to travel, to go and meet other people to always broaden my own perspective
