with my dog Winston, but there's nobody in the guest chair because this is our

live Q&A session where I answer your questions on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

It's been a pretty crazy week since I spoke to you last time where we had our first guest,

Brad Burton, the Tony Robbins of the North UK's number one

business motivational speaker. I had a crazy rapid-fire chat with Brad that you

can check out on the Academy or on YouTube. So that was a great break from the

Q&A but a lot of people wanted me to get back to answering your questions and do a

little bit more of the fireside chat action. So I'm back. The holiday season is here and I love the holidays. I love the

cheer going on, the carols, but to be honest I said this to Mariana last night.

I love the fact that I'm not thinking about how the weather's bad or I'm not

thinking about I can't wait for this year to be over because that's what I used to

think about in banking I was just like I would take vacation as soon as

possible and I would like go to Brazil or

something and sometimes I would leave on like the 10th because I wanted to get out of

there so much and with London reel like we are packing it in this week we've got

three shows this week we got another

show next week on the 22nd we are about to launch our business accelerator

program it's just mental around here and that's the way we like it you know we just love staying busy

and doing what we love so you know it's it's interesting last week I walked by

my old firm I-CAP PLC and it was their charity today, sorry their charity day where they give all the proceeds for one day to charity and you dress up as costumes and it's a well-known famous day around the world and in London and our CEO Michael Spencer
