let's get into it but first I just want to check in with what's been happening

here at London reel we are dropping our moving conversation with Edo Portahl and that's why I'm

carrying this stick because this stick I think is becoming more famous than me

because this is the stick that was featured in the video

that Edo and I use

to really explain a lot of his movement techniques

and in it you'll see him kind of swinging this at me

like a sword and we're playing lots of movement

games in the parks of London and we filmed this live like guerrilla style we had

no permits the police came and tried to break it up about three times,

but we got a very real conversation with Edo Portal, who is the movement expert,

who in the last couple of months has blown up on a global stage by being known as the

trainer for UFC champion Connor McGregor but we knew Edo for the last couple years

because he's been a two-time guest on London reel

and we filmed this conversation actually before Edo was in Las Vegas

to watch Connor with his amazing knock out of Jose Aldo

and we just got the most amazing conversation

possible. I had had Edo in here sitting in this chair and I felt the
