Carlos is probably one of the most influential players in reality TV today.

From his start on Real Housewives of Atlanta to shows he helped create,

like Bell Collective, My Killer Body with K. Michelle, Love and Marriage, Huntsville, and D.C.

I actually applied to be your assistant.

Way, way back when you were like, I think in a different kind of different arm of your career, you were EP of the Soul Train Awards. So I would say I

did not get that job, which is, which is, okay, it was a good interview. I had no experience whatsoever. So, you know, I didn't take it personally.
