Reality TV shows have made a huge resurgence lately. Oh, man. Do they ever go away? It's Brooke and Jeffrey in the morning. I mean, I feel like they had a lull, but now they're getting really, really popular again. And not just the trash ones that Alexis likes. Like Three Way Island and Miltf Mountain. Yeah, she loves that one. Jeff, you know you watch them too. Yeah. I know. That's all you two have in common. Yeah.

They are pretty good, I will admit. And I guess they are mostly trash. But it is fun to watch. And the big question is, how do they get so much drama out of these people? Oh, seriously. Do they get drunk? Do they walk into a therapist office and say, oh, hey, you seem unstable, want to be on TV?

not that easy. And I know that because reality producers and former contestants recently spilled

the juicy secrets of what really goes on behind the scenes of your favorite reality shows.

I love this.

Like, for example, on the show, Survivor.

The host Jeff Probes just explained on a podcast recently.

Contestants are allowed to go to the bathroom without a camera or a producer present, but only if they go alone.

Wait, what? If they see somebody else, it's time to film. They're hooking up. If you want to- Wait, they're hooking up. Well, hopefully not on Survivor. Yeah. I thought. Maybe they are, but the whole idea is if you want to take a restroom break with other people, the cameras have to roll so you can't use that time to conspire or make secret allegiances. I was like, why would you go with somebody else if you're not hooking up?

Jose would be terrible on the show, Survivor.

Jose would get kicked off the plane on the flight there.

I mean, like, this isn't first class? I'm not getting on that thing.

On the show, The Bachelor, one of my favorites, one of the former producers admitted that they influence which contestants stay and which ones get sent home every week.

I thought it was all up to whoever, you know, it was supposed to be about love.

They had a connection.

That's what we all are hoping for.
