catching you up on everything that's going on. Yeah because there's a lot going on like we we stopped to do

baby reindeer for like 10 minutes or hours and then we look up in like everything's imploded

everybody's families every all of Bravo is just a nightmare and we're here for that we're here to talk about it thank God you

I know because every day I go to my Reddit my my beautiful sweet Reddit and I say

what's happening what's the news what's new and it always has something for me.

Do you ever do this? Do you ever like make a gratitude list and like one of your things that you're

grateful for is yourself? You're like I'm grateful that I have a great podcast about all these

idiots yes you're on my gratitude list well first of all I really do do a

gratitude I'm on a gratitude text chain and yes one of them is always having a job that I love and that's that's it

Someone said this to me not to make it all philosophical

before we get into like Vanderpump shit.

But someone said, because I was having a tough time

with gratitude because it always feels like it's something

you can lose.

So like if you say I'm grateful for this thing I have,

my family member and I were talking about it because he said,

you know, I used to think that I'm grateful for my nice house

but then I feel guilty that I have a nice

hat you know those kind of things he said instead he does a thing where three

things that made me happy today so everything could be different every day
