Well, greetings and salutations, everybody, and welcome to Open Mic. The show where the mic is open,

the floor, as they would say, is yours. What do you guys want to talk about? That is what we are here

to discuss this afternoon or this evening, depending on where you are. Good to have you guys here.

My name is John Campia. I'll be your host today. And yeah, open mic is just basically a more casual

laid-back version of the John Campy show. We're really the main thing we are here to do is to take

your thoughts, opinions. Talk about the topics you guys want to talk about here. And yeah,

starting at a little bit of a weird time here at 3.15 in the afternoon in Los Angeles.

Because in a little under two hours, game seven of the World Series, you know, baseball is not my favorite sport.

Everybody knows that.

But there are no two greater words in the world of sports than game seven.

And I'll tell you what,

tell you what,

if you had told me at the beginning of this year,

that the two teams that I actually kind of follow and cheer for

would both be facing off against each other in the World Series,

I would have been a happy man, particularly with one of them being the Blue Jays Go Jays Go. But you know, I'm in a good position. I'm in a good position. I win tonight no matter what. I mean, obviously, I'm cheering for the Toronto Blue Jays, get their third world series. They have never lost a world series that they've appeared in.

They've only appeared in two, but they've won both of them.

And, but then at the Dodgers, when, you know,

that's the local team that I root for normally.

The Dodgers, Ann is a very passionate Dodgers fan.

So she's going to be really happy if they win tonight.

So you know what, guys, I win win tonight. So you know what, guys?
