And we are live welcome folks to episode 33 91 of the survival podcast and today we're

going to do something that we probably don't do enough of. Go back to the fundamentals. I remember

a lot of different things I did in my life, different sports teams and stuff like that where

you might have a really bad game or a really bad practice and then you know you got chewed out

by the coach but the next practice, everybody taking me type thing and then today we're going to work

on the fundamentals and if you were doing you know soccer you'd go back to basic passing and

things like that, basic forms, formations and stuff if you're football you know depending on

your position and what you're doing defense offense you would you would work on these specific

fundamentals and you could be playing at a high school level and you're doing shit that you did

when you were in pop water and there's a reason for that and it's a very important thing because

it screws a lot of stuff up. The fundamental underlying principles have to be accurate or anything

you do building on them like the foundation of a building is doomed to fail and this is like even

in science like this is the case like if you have a fundamental error in an assumption within a

model for something like climate then no matter how advanced the scientists are using it no matter

how advanced the computers are using it no matter how fast the computers are using it the result

is doomed to fail. In fact the more power and energy and resources the faster and more spectacular

the failure well when it comes to preparedness it works the same way and it is a constant

of life that this works out this way and what I mean by that is if you are you know we're going to

talk about very basic preparedness mindset today and it's actually pretty advanced even though

you know based on what we've been doing for 15 years it's it's kind of the basics and the fundamentals

but if you don't anchor down these things and you're a doomsday preparer and you're preparing for

the end of the world and that means you have a place to run away and hide in the bush at with a bunch
