life after caregiving, which, you know, has affected all of you here. You've all been on that

caregiving journey. But first, for our viewers and listeners, I want to take a moment and kind of

go through and have you introduce yourself. I'll start with Ms. Jennifer Fink.

Hi, as Lance said, my name is Jennifer. My mom had Alzheimer's for 20 years, and she died at the very start of the pandemic from Alzheimer's.

My maternal grandmother had vascular dementia.

My maternal great-grandmother had dementia type unknown because that was back in the early 60s.

And so I've been on this journey a very, very long time.

And post caregiving is not quite what I expected. Thank you, Jennifer. Miss Patty LaFleur.

I'm Patty LaFleur, and I'm from the Seattle, Washington area. And I cared for my mom, Linda, who had younger

onset mixed dementia until she passed last March.

And since then, I continue to advocate and share our story to support other care partners.
