What you all don't know listening is that we go back and forth on voice notes all day long.

Normally it's just voice notes back and forth. That way we don't interrupt each other.

We just, we say our thing and then the next one goes. But we talk about all the midlife stuff

happening. All of these things all the time. And I feel like we talk on the phone all the time

because we do. It's just, yeah, via voice note. And I can't believe some people don't use voice notes. It's more efficient. No one interrupts. You just, you get out what you need to say.

It's fast. And we're in two different time zones, so it works really well that way.

But one of our recent voice notes, I actually said to Shalene, I said, you look so good in your pictures. Do you have that back fat thing going on? I said, do you actually
