Not to get this podcast and this podcast week for that matter off to an

Asomber note but we did just talk for about four minutes about Margarita's

giving us acid reflux. So that's kind of where we're at and all three of us

were lamenting the fact that on Saturday we had a little sour stomach going, a

little tongue-tum issues. Not great.

Yeah happy national pepperoni pizza day, don't thank you Dave also happy national

Kaiso Day.

Also happy national fried rice day.

Okay, these all can't be things.

Also happy respect for the aged day.

Also happy national string cheese day. No, we'll look at my screen. These are real.

I've had like very very minor cases of acid reflux in the past. Nothing that even requires

like an an acid just I just I felt it but the other night acid the other night.

Oh buddy. I woke up at 3 a.m. in the morning and I could just feel it.

I just everybody.

You got it up in the softest deck if I could feel it working itself up my throat

and it hurt so bad and usually so bad that I had to make myself throw up.

Sheesh.

It was terrible.
