Hey guys welcome back to thick and thin with me Katie Bellatti

I'm sitting here sipping some cold kombucha sitting in my chilled apartment

I feel very blessed right now to be inside

Because much of my day yesterday and this morning honestly was spent outside and it is just something out there

I kind of forgot how humid it gets in New York City because obviously I was on the west coast this time last year

And the heat out there is just a different kind of heat it's just not so like I don't know the way to describe this without using that word that I hate the M word

It's just like wet okay it's wet outside

And yeah the humidity is just no joke right now I went to go get dinner with my friend Shay last night who I haven't seen in a bit

And we went to get pasta and we had like five different we did this like pasta tasting at this bar slash restaurant called solar over in Soho

It's really great if you guys are going on a date in the city highly recommend this place maybe on a less humid evening

Because they have a beautiful outdoor setup with like all these flowers and everything it's called solar SOLA
