Alright, so I have been for weeks begging for someone to come on here and give us some

real legal advice because, you know, I can only do as much as page 6 tells me.

And we have someone that was so graciously willing to join.

Julie, you're a prosecutor, is that right?

I am.

What does that mean?

So I was on the state side, so, but any criminal activity that would be done against the state

of Texas, I would potentially get.

But a lot of the cases that we're talking about with the Housewives are federal.

So, luckily they're not my cases, so I can give you an opinion on them.

Oh, yay!

I love it!

Oh, it's federal worse than states.

Is it worse to be federally prosecuted or state prosecuted?

So, here's what I'll say.

I'll say that the vast majority of the crimes that people think of are ones that you call

the police and the police come out to your house and they're handled in that way.

And those would be state crimes.

But when we're talking about federal and, you know, obviously everybody's still innocent
