Wow, it's so good to be back with you guys.

It's been a really long time and I want to start off today by quickly apologizing to you

guys.

I know we haven't been transparent about when we were going to come back, but that's because

we weren't quite sure what was happening just yet.

I would like to say that we were never in jeopardy of just stopping the show.

I got a lot of messages on social.

People just worrying about when will you be back?

Is the show canceled?

I feel like it's over.

And while it warms my heart to know that we are a weekly presence with you and that

you like having us around, I promise you there have been no behind the scenes discussions

about stopping the show.

We did all, however, go out and try to achieve some personal goals.
