Today I'm going to talk about and share with you the real estate verse crypto argument that I was with a friend of mine last night we flew to Atlanta.

I spoke to a thousand people in Atlanta at a great event by the way.

There was a phenomenal phenomenal event where I was able to speak with Master P, Jeremy Wellington, Les Brown.

Absolutely phenomenal phenomenal event where I was trusted with an audience of people to talk to them about money and finance and the apartment and learning how to debunk some of what we've been told that keeps us trapped.

When I left that event I went to Dave Chappelle's event in Atlanta.

I cannot believe how many people these are mega superstars usher little John two chains.

GZ was there like like or Yeezy was there so GZ Yeezy was there who else was there man it was just endless lineup of superstars people that are just phenomenal.

And how many of these people are familiar with my work was like so humbling to me and they're like so many of these guys that I have watched on TV and heard on you know iTunes for years that know about me because the work of the educational work that we're doing here online.

Today what I want to do is I just want to talk about real estate crypto idea because I was with a friend of mine this weekend she's like look great your returns just aren't as exciting as crypto.

I said okay what do you mean by that okay so so let's just take real estate I'm going to show you the pros and cons by the way there's pros and cons of every invest the one thing that I like about real estate is I can go big on real estate versus am I really willing to put everything in this asset.

And if you study real wealthy people the way I have the wealthiest people if you go even back to the 1800s when this country was founded or even before that if you go back to the 1400s in Europe the true wealth is created when somebody goes big real big on something.
